Intersteel Europe waa founded out of the trading relations of its parent company a company that was established in 1992 with extensive trading history both in the EU and between te America's. Intersteel Europe recognizes the rapidly growing need for quality metal and has therefore specialized in steel trading.

Intersteel Europe is a supplier of high quality metals from Russia.  We offer competitive pricing, adherence to international regulations and a long-term commitment to our customers’ needs.    Intersteel Europe supplies the market both within Europe and internationally. We service some of the largest melters, forgers, and casting foundries worldwide, including specialty steel mills, and super-alloy ingot makers, in the following industries: aerospace, power generation, petro-chemical, medical, and recreational.

Corporate gouvernance
The company believes that good corporate practices enable the board to direct and control the affairs of a company in an efficient manner and to achieve its ultimate goal of maximising shareholders value. Realising this, the company has adopted many practices, even when there were no mandatory requirements in this regard. As a result, a number of provisions regarding Corporate Governance prescribed by the Listing Agreement have already been complied with and steps are being taken to comply with the balance provision within the current financial year.
